If you are suffering with anxiety or panic attacks you will know how debilitating it can be. The worse feeling you can ever imagine. This is just a fear emotion. One of the many negative emotions that can take over our lives. This fight or flight response can run the show and it is very hard to see a way out when you are this dark frightening place. Having been there myself and tried everything, my last find was crystals.
AMAZING. I can’t tell you how much they helped me. I am now fully recovered. The fear is gone. No matter how worried I get now I can always reach for my stones and blast away that negative emotion and replace it with positive ones.

Black Tourmaline (My comforter!)
Hold a chunk in each of your hands and imagine your fears, worries and anxiety being sucked into the black crystals. Black Tourmaline draws out negative energy and replaces it with positive ones, relieving your anxiety at a much quicker rate. After using these for a few days I felt a huge shift in my anxiety levels.
Smokey Quartz (The sedative)
Hold Smoky Quartz to relieve tension and stress, anxiety, or panic attacks and to eliminate worry and doubt when faced with chaos or confusion. Hold faceted or natural points of Smoky Quartz in each hand pointed down toward the ground or lay down and place them facing down the side of the legs. This will clear any dark energy and remove it back to the earth and will also ground you fast.
Lepidolite (The soother)
Lepidolite’s energy is soft and soothing. Even people who aren’t sensitive to stones and crystals can feel the effects of holding or wearing a piece of Lepidolite. It is as though a cloud of calmness surrounds a person when they hold this stone. For acute cases of anxiety and panic attacks, Lepidolite can calm a person down quickly.
Amazonite (The balancer)
Amazonite is a wonderful healer for the emotional body. It soothes trauma and calms the mind, alleviates worry and fear, and directs anger and irritability into a more positive action.
Turquoise (The stabiliser)
Turquoise is a popular choice for those looking for help with anxiety as it stabilises emotions, prevents panic attacks and helps you recover if a panic attack does occur. It also brings plenty of protective and grounding energies.
Remember we are the creator so it can also help to change our mindset! This includes making sure we are grounded often and out in nature. Meditating often can bring our energy back down to earth, as mostly with anxiety all of our energy is up around our head which is why we feel dizzy and detached.
