What is a Crystal Bath?
After visiting Glastonbury in 2017. I received a download to create Crystal Bath Sessions. The idea poured in after I went to a sound bath. I thought what a brilliant way to help heal, balance and align many souls at once using crystals!
What does a Crystal Bath do?
Come and soothe your soul with a deep relaxing crystal bath. Don’t worry you don’t get wet! Set in an ambient candle lit atmosphere you will experience an individual chakra realignment and balance using prepared crystal layouts and be super grounded ready for the week ahead! At the end of the session you will also be presented with an oracle card message! 🙏
You will need:
Comfortable warm clothes
A yoga mat
A pillow
A blanket
Bottle of water
All phones must be switched off during the session.
