This is an essential kit for when you feel stressed out, up in your head, anxious and out of your body! This layout helps to transmute negative energy downwards throughout the lower chakras and into the earth to ground it. The Crystal Grounding Kit contains:

1 x Hematite. Hematite is great for working with the root chakra, helping to transform negative energies into a more positive vibration to help you feel more secure. Place between the thighs.

1 x Raw Smoky Quartz. Place between the ankles.

2 X Smoky Quartz Points. Place in both hands points facing down. Smokey Quartz is the de-stresser crystal and helps to clear auric attachments from the aura and dissolve negativity.

1 x Black Tourmaline. Black Tourmaline has the ability to absorb negative energy and transmute it out of the body. A great anchor to keep you connected to your earth centre. Place 1 ft below the feet.
