Delivery
Our aim is to ship out orders within 1 to 2 days with orders being posted Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. Shipping on all items across the shop to the UK is second class signed by Royal Mail. All orders are posted through Royal Mail and will always obtain proof of posting as a norm.
Worldwide Shipping
Shipping is worldwide and will be posted within 3 working days. All international items will be tracked at a flat rate of £10. This price covers up to 500g.
The Crystal Inn will not be held responsible for any custom charges you may be charged with if you buy outside the UK.
FAQs
What if my goods are damaged in transit?
We take great care over packing our parcels so that your items arrive with you in the exact same condition that they left us. However on the odd occasion and due to circumstances beyond our control, damages occur. If you are unfortunate enough to recieve a damaged parcel please follow the following steps:
- Keep all packaging in case this is require by Royal Mail or the Courier Company
- Take a picture of the damages as we will need this for our records
- Notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
NB: (Please note that natural flaws within crystals are not considered as damaged items.)
What if I wish to return items?
If you have any issues with your order, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving it. If you wish to return anything, you have 14 days in which to do so, please inform us as soon as possible.
Are the crystals genuine?
Yes. All our crystals are genuine crystals and are all purchased from high quality crystal wholesalers, many of them are hand picked for their beauty and originality.
How long does it take to receive a parcel?
Parcels are usually sent 1-2 days from purchase. This excludes bank holidays and weekends.
Refund/Returns Policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item whether you have changed your mind or the item is faulty or not as described. The purchase must be returned in the same manner it was posted with the orginial packaging if applicable.
Return postage is payable by the customer if the item is faulty etc then we will pay the return postage. Once returned and checked that the purchase is in the same condition it was posted then a full refund on the purchase price minus the shipping costs will be actioned within 7 days of receipt. If you are eligible for the return postage reimbursement it will be refunded at the same time.
