What crystals improve sleep, and which ones to avoid!

Filling your bedroom with tons of different crystals can be over stimulating to many people. Not all crystals are supportive to sleep, some will have the opposite effect… If you went to sleep in a crystal cave, I bet you would not sleep a wink… way too much energy!

I have experimented with crystals during my sleep for years. I soon realised that some crystals might be great if you want to have lots of vivid dreams but that is not my idea of a good nights sleep.

Amethyst for example is high vibration and opens the crown chakra. Lots of energy will flow and lucid dreams will follow, that is if you can actually get to sleep! Sleeping with any high vibration crystal will keep you wide awake.

The best stones for a peaceful sleep are grounding stones. Any dark stones. Black Tourmaline, Hematite, Smokey Quartz (the crystal sedative) are some of the many crystals that aid better sleep.

Placing them at the end of the bed on the floor just on your earth centre or place points down the outside of your legs facing downwards. Of course they may move but hopefully you will have nodded off by this point!
